  • The design and the development of an IT system (database) for monitoring the funding flows and sources of the projects of Ministry of Infrastructure
  • The support of Ministry of Infrastructure in collecting the necessary financial data about the projects, the feeding of the IT system on a constant rate, and the production of specific monitoring tables about the funding of the projects
  • The upgrade of the IT system based on new requirements from the Ministry of Infrastructure
  • The incorporation into the IT system of new potentials for producing automatically special reports about the high-level monitoring of funded projects
