This project concerns the provision of consulting services in order to record National Technical University of Athens – NTUA Decisions Science and Systems Laboratory business processes, reengineering and optimization of these processes and import of a complete processes system of work flow and quality assurance. Concretely it specifies the way in which the company will succeed to correspond to demands related to the quality of its services / products and to cover all the organization’s activities with a visible, measurable and disciplined way.
The installation, application, documentation and maintenance of the Quality Assurance System seeks to continuously prove the ability of NTUA to consistently offer services and products which satisfy the demands of the client as well as the regulating or institutional requirements in force. Additionally, it aims at the increase of customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including activities for the constant improvement of the system and the assurance of the compliance with the

 

demands of the customer and the applicable lawful requirements of the quality model ΕΛΟΤ EN ISO 9001:2000. Application of the Quality Assurance System in the organisation constitutes an important marketing and advertising “tool” which creates the conditions for the differentiation of the organisation from competition, the capability to claim customers where holding a certificate constitutes prerequisite for the acceptance of its products / services on an international level. The standardization of processes results in a more effective administration, better internal organization, more rational distribution of work / competencies to the employees, decrease in the number of customers’ complaints and formation of better working conditions.
