The project has two phases. Phase 1 concerns the redesign of the IT systems of ‘Enterprise Greece Invest and Trade’, and Phase 2 concerns the preparation and the submission of a technical annex to the Operational Program of Digital Convergence in order to gain funding for implementing the necessary changes.

The project aims to perform a bench-learning exercise for online tax services among General Secretariat of Information Systems (GSIS) and two peer organizations in two EU member states:

• Benchlearning study among GSIS and two peer organizations in two EU member states, which are used as comparison measure, using appropriate impact indexes of eGEP Performance Framework.
• Empowerment of GSIS ability to calculate these indexes and to use them as a strategical tool.
• Evaluation from users of the GSIS online tax services in order to determine the potential improvement areas of the GSIS provided tax services.
• Dissemination of project results at an international and European level, and search for synergies with other peer organization in the field of measuring eGovernment impacts.
