Duration: 2002 - 2003 ___________________________________________ The primary target of this project was the analysis of the reengineering issues of OPEKEPE, but also the analysis of the specifications of the new Integrated Information System, based on which the total of the assignments related to payments, control (and the imposition of sentences) of the farmers’ community funds would be realized.
The project lasted for 14 months and led to the recording of a full package of projects – measures which would lead to the reengineering of OPEKEPE, in order to ensure the complete utilization of the new Integrated Information System. The main deliverables of the project were related to the following:
» Changes in the organizational chart, in order for it to become compatible with the requirements of the new Integrated Information System
» SWOT analysis of the organization

» Recommendations about improving the effectiveness and the efficiency of the business-to-business processes
» Recording and analysis of the consequences that would have on the organization the two basic alternative solutions with regards to the realization and operation of the new Integrated Information System: out-sourcing and in-sourcing (GAP & IMPACT analysis on the proposed actions)
» RFPs related to the projects for the new Integrated Information System and management of relevant processes
» Rationalization of the financial flows
» Creation of a new information mechanism of the interested institutions
