Duration: 2007 ___________________________________________ In the project titled «Development of a business process reengineering proposal and implementation of a Business Performance Measurement methodology for the measurement of the company’s performance», the following steps were elaborated:
» Conducting interviews with each one of the company’s departments aiming at providing clarifications about the objectives and the means of this attempt and subsequently the avoidance of unanticipated negative behaviors
» Announcement of the new organizational chart and the roles per department
» Announcement of the transition plan to all company’s employees
» Conducting training on various subjects relevant to the realization of the transition plan (e.g. training on new processes and technologies concerning the security of data or the measurement of efficiency indicators per department etc.)
» Realization of the reorganization based on the transition plan
» Application of a Business Performance Measurement methodology for the measurement of the company’s performance |

The project titled «Recording of the existing organizational structure and the as –is business processes and formation of a proposal for reorganization aiming at a more effective function of the company» was realized by Bridge-it S.A. due to the urgent need of Relational Technology S.A. for restructuring the organizational chart, the roles and processes during the elaboration of its main activity, as a company which develops and maintains software for major clients of the banking sector in Southeast Europe. Company’s last years’ growth in all sectors, had as a result internal difficulties in the equivalent adjustment of the required infrastructure and became the reason for assigning the abovementioned project.
In order for the Consultant to submit the final BPR proposal, the following steps were followed:
» Conducting interviews to 45 key-individuals, as they were suggested by the company’s administration
» Submission to the Administration of the results including the description of the as-is situation, extensive SWOT analysis and initial description of the desired situation’s measurable elements (KPIs)
