The project aims to produce a platform for developing credit scoring, collection and recoveries scoring models and early warning indicators. The basic modules/components of this platform are the following:
- Graphical development environment of scoring/ early warning indicators, and the respective decisions.
- Development of base models and key performance indicators
- Publication of the scoring/ early warning indicators models and use of models from peer organizations
- Parametrical procedure for removing all personal/corporate data from the models so that they can be used from the customer community
- Provision of the results of the models through web-services so that they can be used from any IT system
- Integration tools of data from all business sources
- Integrated environment which uses domain knowledge and provides the necessary infrastructure for interfacing with BI environments (e.g. Universe για SAP Business Objects)

Project Title: Technical consultant services for supporting the Ministry of Infrastructure to formulate the final report for the implementation of the Operational Program ‘Road Axes, Ports, Urban Development’

The project aims to formulate the final report for the implementation of the Operational Program “Road Axes, Ports, Urban Development”. In this respect, our company:
- Gathered all the necessary technical and financial data about the implementation of the Operational Program in co-operation with public servants from the Ministry of Infrastructure.
- Evaluated the completion level of the interventions of the Operational Program, as well as its achievements vis-à-vis its goals and objectives.
- Supported the Ministry of Infrastructure to compose the basic sections of the final implementation report of the Operational Program “Road Axes, Ports, Urban Development”
